After the assessment, we start restoring what’s missing. You’ll receive personalized “resets” through your private web portal, complete with detailed videos and explanations.      Once your movement patterns are restored, we begin adding strength. This part of the program is tailored to your environment, so you can train at home or in the gym.  I've been with Mike for a few years now and love the online program as my exercises are sent to me everyday with videos and explanations.
